Description

Building work device TECHNICAL SECTOR This application refers to a building work device that allows a large number of operations to be carried out automatically on large surfaces, such as a facade or side of a building or interior vertical surfaces. STATE OF THE ART Autonomous robots that position themselves in front of a wall for painting or other construction work are known in the prior art. These robots comprise a base, sometimes wheeled, and one or more arms ending in a paint sprayer or other attachments depending on the task. This system is effective at low heights. Attempts have also been made to perform these tasks with drones, but they can carry little product to apply and are not very precise. The applicant is unaware of any device that allows these problems to be solved as easily as the invention. BRIEF EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION The invention consists of a building work device according to claim 1 and whose variants solve the problems of the state of the art. The invention arises from the evolution of the described device. It allows for tasks such as painting, polyurethane application in insulation, pressure washing, assistance in the installation of various decorative facade elements, and the installation of multiple construction elements with the corresponding adaptation to its arm or arms, on facades and walls, especially at great heights, using automated equipment. It allows operations that currently require a multidisciplinary team of operators in different fields to be carried out with a single, highly professional technical team, such as painting, washing, performing a thorough inspection, even with a full scan to observe in detail defects or structural damage in facades, applying insulation, assisting in the installation of decorative and structural elements such as windows and many other vertical elements... The construction work device consists of a head with a body, one or more mechanical arms with terminals suitable for the work to be performed. This body is equipped with an anchoring system for a product reservoir when working with fluids, which is intimately attached to the body, forming a single unit. It comprises at least one support column for a horizontal bridge, movable on the column, and a carriage that moves along the bridge and carries the head. Preferably, the tank is removable from the body for replacement, depending on the product type. Ideally, the body is also designed to be placed in a central space within the tank. In one embodiment, the head has at least one sensor of the object facing the head. Other variations can be seen in the rest of the memory. DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES The following figures are included for a better understanding of the invention. Figure 1: Schematic view of one embodiment. Figure 2: View of the tank. Figure 3: View of the body, with the arm and a sensor. MODES OF REALIZING THE INVENTION Next, a brief description is given of one way of carrying out the invention, as an illustrative and non-limiting example thereof. Figure 1 shows an example of this implementation. It consists of support columns (1) firmly fixed to the building or structure. For example, it may rest on the ground and be anchored to the structure or building at regular intervals to ensure stability and safety. The columns (1) support a horizontal bridge (2) that moves along the columns (1). This bridge (2) in turn supports a carriage (3) that moves along the bridge (2). The carriage (3) carries a head, the type of which depends on the intended task. The bridge (2) can be moved by a rack and pinion system, cables and pulleys, etc. All movements are controlled to ensure that the position of the carriage (3) is precisely known at all times. For example, limit switches and other markers can be used to calibrate the position, or stepper motors can be used. The entire set of structures made up of columns, bridges and mobile carriage(s), whether they are automated or piloted, form a single element that is an operational set that acts as if it were a large construction printer, all acting in a coordinated way so that the application or installation arm acts in the most precise way. The operational unit will be equipped with safety measures to protect external personnel, as well as appropriate safety measures to ensure compatibility with human operators when simultaneous work between them is required. To this end, it will be fitted with the necessary proximity and positioning sensors, allowing personnel to use the infrastructure to work or collaborate with the automated system when needed. For example, it may use infrared sensors. Furthermore, it will include the necessary emergency and shutdown mechanisms for the entire system, as well as equipment for rescuing operators in case of incidents. The safety features must allow even the trolley and operators to work in close proximity if necessary. In Figure 1, the example cart (3) travels across the bridge (2) between the columns (1), as this is the simplest solution. One or more traffic zones will be enabled to allow the cart to move from one bridge to another (all bridges forming part of the same operational unit), either automatically based on work requirements or via a pilot command from the person responsible for monitoring the cart. These commands will be issued to change bridges for various reasons, such as changes in operations, maintenance, or modifications to the unit. Normally, the cart (3) travels on suitable rails or tracks. Figure 2 shows an example of a spray head, usable when applying a liquid or powder product. It has a removable product reservoir (31), and Figure 2 shows a body (32) from which an arm (33) extends, with a spray gun for dispensing the product into the reservoir (31). The arm (33) can make small movements perpendicular to the bridge (2) if necessary. The tank (31) shown has a central space where the body (32) is located. This allows the carriage (3) to be more easily attached to the head, and the liquid level in the tank (31) does not affect the stability or movement of the head. In this embodiment, the tank (31) and the body (32) are semicircular in shape to balance the masses. The body (32) will have the necessary systems for the movement of all the equipment, arm movement motors, pumping equipment, as well as electronic process and communication cards... The arm (33) must have multiple degrees of freedom so that the tool attached to its end can access all the necessary points to perform its task. The tool can also rotate and reorient itself to strike the structure at the appropriate angle. The head will be equipped with the necessary sensors (34) to detect which part of the facade or structure is in front of it. For example, it can detect the distance to the facade to identify openings, cornices, etc. It can also be a camera to detect cracks or damage to the facade. Finally, the position of the entire operating assembly can be programmed to adapt the work to the exact shape of the facade or wall, so that the body (32) performs the programmed movements. The operating assembly, the carriage (3), and the head can also be operated remotely, or from the carriage itself, which will require the necessary adaptations. A remote control, preferably with cameras, can also be used so that the operator can view the work area on one or more screens. Power can be supplied by a cable, by batteries... but preferably a third rail system, such as those used in railways, is used to supply power to the car (3) regardless of its position.
