Description

Protective case for mobile phone with adjustable passive fastening strap TECHNICAL SECTOR The present invention falls within the field of engineering accessories for portable electronic devices, and more specifically, within the field of protective cases and covers equipped with anchoring architectures designed to optimize the biomechanics and kinematics of holding mobile phones. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In the current state of the art, the manipulation of portable mobile terminals is predominantly performed with one hand. The sustained increase over the years in the mass and dimensions of these devices has generated a severe biomechanical problem: the instability of the center of gravity forces the user's hand to exert a constant, active pulling force to prevent the device from falling. To try to mitigate this instability, the market has developed fastening elements attached to the back of the device, such as rigid metal rings or expandable bellows-type appendages. However, these solutions suffer from a serious structural flaw: they concentrate all the mechanical loads on a single focal point (usually the phalanx of a single finger). This deficient design forces the user to maintain an active pinch grip or to use the little finger phalanx as a lower point of support against gravity. The mechanical demands of these traditional systems generate unwanted isometric stresses. Using the little finger as a support base causes joint fatigue and phalanx deviation; the need to grasp the screen while supporting the weight induces a constant torque and overextension in the thumb joint, limiting its range of motion; and stabilizing the terminal's bending moment requires constant wrist rigidity. Other solutions based on elastic straps or covers with pre-installed sliding guides also fail to solve the underlying kinematic problem: elastic materials suffer fatigue and loss of the shrinkage coefficient with use, compromising traction, while rigid anchors do not allow micrometric anatomical adaptability, forcing unnatural hand postures. EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION The present invention solves the described technical and biomechanical problem by means of a clamping system that redefines the load distribution of the terminal, providing a passive grip anchor with millimeter anatomical adjustment and a high retention mechanical structural lock devoid of elastic components. To this end, the invention comprises a protective case (1) of the shell type having an outer surface (1a) and a concave inner surface (1b) designed to house a mobile phone (8). The structural innovation lies in the provision of a first through-hole (3) and a second through-hole (4) in the form of a slot, longitudinally aligned and connecting said outer surface (1a) with the inner surface (1b). An adjustable passive fastening strap (5) of malleable, but substantially non-elastic, textile material is assembled through these slots. The adjustable passive fastening strap (5) incorporates complementary first loop fasteners (6) and second hook fasteners (7) at its ends. The fastening strap (5) passes through the through-holes (3, 4), forming a loop on the outer surface (1a), while its ends overlap and join on the inner surface (1b). The practically appreciable technical advantage over the prior art lies in its mechanical locking synergy through limited geometric interference capacity. The loop adjustment is tailored to the user's exact anatomy by joining the hook and loop fasteners (6, 7). However, absolute retention is achieved through the design of the assembly itself: the overlap area of the fastening strap (5) and the inner surface (1b) are dimensioned to form a geometric interference zone designed to accommodate the mobile phone body (8).When the mobile phone (8) is inserted, it acts as a structural element that exerts direct and continuous pressure against the overlap, compressing the fastening strap (5) against the inner surface (1 b) and locking the system by high mechanical pressure, without causing bulging or external deformation of the protective cover (1). This kinematic architecture prevents the adjustable passive restraint strap (5) from slipping or yielding under external traction vectors. The biomechanical result is that the device's center of mass is passively suspended over the back of the fingers inserted into the outer loop. By eliminating the gravitational load on the base of the hand, the little finger phalanx is freed from its function as a retention stop, isometric tension and torque at the base of the thumb are eliminated, and a neutral and relaxed wrist joint position is permitted. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS To complement the description being made and to help in a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, a set of drawings is included in which, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented: - Fig. 1: Shows an elevation view of the outer surface of the protective cover, illustrating the two slot-shaped through holes. - Fig. 2: Shows a plan view of both sides of the adjustable passive fastening strap in the deployed position, detailing the hook and loop fastening means. - Figs. 3 and 4: Show profile views of the adjustable passive fastening tape forming a closed loop, illustrating the variations in overlap length. - Fig. 5: Shows a view of the outer surface of the case with the adjustable passive fastening strap inserted through the through holes, in the open position. - Figs. 6 and 7: These show views of the inner surface of the sheath with the adjustable passive fastening strap inserted. Figure 6 illustrates the unfolded position, and Figure 7 illustrates the closed position after the hook and loop fasteners are joined. - Fig. 8: Shows a view of the outer surface of the cover with the tape, forming a closed loop after the overlap of the hook and loop fastening means. - Figs. 9 and 10: Show longitudinal section views of the assembly, illustrating the kinematics before (Figure 9) and after (Figure 10) the insertion of the mobile phone to materialize the block by geometric interference. - Figs. 11 and 12: Show operational views in elevation and profile of the assembly, illustrating the passive grip kinematics in the user's hand. - Fig. 13: Shows a front view of the assembly in its final position of use with the mobile phone inserted into the inner surface. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION In view of the figures, a preferred embodiment of the invention is described. The system consists of a protective case (1) which has an opening (2) intended to allow the function of the mobile phone's optical lenses (8). The protective case (1) has an outer surface (1a) and an inner surface (1b) in which there is a first through hole (3) and a second through hole (4), separated by a longitudinal distance of between 60 mm and 100 mm, with an optimal separation of 80 mm to ergonomically cover the user's middle phalanges. These through-holes (3, 4) are rectangular slots with a width of 21.5 mm and a height of 1.7 mm. During assembly, the user inserts the adjustable passive fastening strap (5), preferably made of grosgrain fabric or equivalent, with an individual thickness of less than 1 mm and a width of 18 mm. To ensure universal compatibility with the various commercial dimensions of the protective covers (1), the adjustable passive fastening strap (5) has a variable length between a minimum of 160 mm and a maximum of 230 mm, with an optimal standard length of 200 mm. The ends of the adjustable passive fastening tape (5) incorporate, on opposite sides, the first loop fastener (6) and the second hook fastener (7). These fasteners (6, 7) have a length that is proportionally adjustable to the fastening tape (5), ranging from 20 mm to 40 mm (with an optimal standard of 30 mm). To ensure maximum firmness and tensile strength of the loop, these fasteners (6, 7) are attached to the grosgrain fabric using professional machine stitching, eliminating the need for adhesive bonds that could give way. The difference between the width of the slots (21.5 mm) and the tape (18 mm) ensures a smooth yet snug fit, preventing twisting of the fabric. Next, the user adjusts the outer loop to their anatomical size by shaping said loop on the external surface (1a), and overlaps the second hook fastening means (7) over the first loop fastening means (6) on the internal surface (1b). This dimensional limitation is critical for the invention: when these parts overlap, the total thickness of the assembly (grosgrain ribbon + loop + hook + grosgrain ribbon) is in all cases less than 2 mm. This combined submillimeter thickness ensures that, when the mobile phone (8) is inserted, it fits perfectly into the protective case (1) in direct contact with the inner surface (1b), generating the necessary geometric and mechanical pressure to lock the adjustable passive retaining strap (5) through high friction within the structural tolerance of the case, without causing bulging or external deformation. To readjust the retaining strap (5), it is essential to first remove the mobile phone (8) from the protective case (1). INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION The invention is suitable for mass industrial application. The protective cover (1) can be manufactured using standardized polymer injection techniques, integrating the grooves into the original mold, and the adjustable passive fastening strap (5) can be manufactured using mechanized textile manufacturing.
