Abstract

An anti-torsion system for truck bodies, characterized in that it comprises an auxiliary frame (1) formed by two lateral and longitudinal profiles of "C" cross-section, between which are mounted two oscillating end bridges (2) and one or two fixed intermediate bridges (3), where each oscillating bridge comprises an upper bridge (2') fixed to an upper structure (4) of the truck body, while the lower oscillating bridge (2'') is fixed to the auxiliary frame (1), being connected to each other by means of an articulation pin (5), the auxiliary frame (1) being fixed in turn to the chassis (6) of the truck itself, where the fixing of the auxiliary frame (1) to the chassis or body of the truck (6) is carried out by means of elastic joints (7) and plates (8) defining fixed joints, specifically a single plate (8) that is bolted to the chassis of the truck (6), to the auxiliary frame (1) and to the upper structure (4), and three elastic joints (7), materialized in two fixed supports connected to each other by means of a screw and rubber gasket (7'), a configuration that is repeated on each side of the assembly.

Description

Anti-torsion system for truck bodies TECHNICAL SECTOR The present invention relates to a structure for truck bodies that is applicable to any type of truck body, whether general cargo, tanker, container, dump truck, etc. The object of the invention is to provide an oscillating structure that allows the absorption of the torsions and oscillations suffered by the truck chassis, and thereby facilitate free torsion to avoid breakages and permanent deformations in the truck chassis. The invention is applicable to any type of the trucks referred to, so that they can travel on roads or paths, although it is especially suitable for situations in which the truck chassis is subjected to forces that tend to twist it, such as off-road situations. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The attachment between the body and the chassis of a truck is usually done basically by means of supports distributed along the chassis, these supports being screwed to the chassis itself to establish a means of joining with the false frame of the truck body. In some cases, the truck's body or chassis structure is equipped with vertical damping, such as springs or rubber joints, which, while allowing some freedom of movement in the vertical direction, do not allow torsional freedom to the truck's chassis when it is subjected to such stresses, potentially breaking the supports, deforming them, or even cracking the truck's chassis. EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION The proposed anti-torsion system fully and satisfactorily resolves the aforementioned problems, based on a simple but highly effective structure. To this end, and more specifically, the oscillating structure of the invention is made up of an auxiliary frame attached to the corresponding truck frame, a frame comprising two opposing longitudinal side profiles in the shape of a "C", between which pairs of transverse bridges are mounted, with one bridge of each pair in an upper position and the other bridge in a lower position, with the special feature that two oscillating end bridges and one or two fixed intermediate bridges are established, depending on the length of the vehicle. In any case, the upper oscillating bridge of each pair is attached to a false frame of the truck body, while the lower oscillating bridge of the same pair is attached to the auxiliary frame. In this way the truck body is able to rotate in the transverse plane, or in other words, to oscillate from side to side, thus avoiding twisting and possible breakage or deformation of the truck chassis on certain terrains. The connections between the frames and each other, as well as between these and the bodywork, will be made using screws, allowing in any case that in the areas where the oscillating bridges are located, the entire truck body has freedom of rotation in a transverse direction, allowing the free torsion of the truck chassis, thus preventing its breakage and allowing it to adapt to road conditions, especially in off-road conditions. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS To complement the description that follows and to aid a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, according to a preferred embodiment thereof, a drawing is included as an integral part of said description, in which, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented: Figure 1 shows a perspective view of an anti-torsion system for truck bodies made in accordance with the object of the present invention. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION In view of the figure described, it can be observed how in the anti-torsion system for truck bodies of the invention an auxiliary frame (1) participates formed by two lateral and longitudinal profiles of "C" section, between which are mounted two oscillating end bridges (2) and one or two fixed intermediate bridges (3), in the chosen embodiment example one, based on two parallel profiles (3-3). Each swing bridge comprises an upper bridge (2) fixed to an upper structure (4) of the truck body, while the lower swing bridge (2) is fixed to the auxiliary frame (1) itself, being related to each other through a large articulation pin (5), the auxiliary frame (1) being fixed in turn to the chassis (6) of the truck itself. The attachment of the auxiliary frame (1) to the chassis or body of the truck (6) is carried out by means of elastic joints (7) and plates (8) determining fixed joints. In the chosen embodiment, a single plate (8) is bolted to the truck chassis (6), the subframe (1), and the upper structure (4), including three elastic joints (7), materialized in two fixed supports connected by a screw and rubber gasket (7). This structure is reproduced on both sides of the assembly. For their part, the fixed intermediate bridges (3), as well as the oscillating bridges (2) include at their ends some reinforcing "C" profiles (9) that are screwed internally to the upper structure (4) and to the auxiliary frame (1).
