Abstract
Description
Integrated modular hybrid system for the treatment of organic waste Technology sector The present invention falls within the sector of waste treatment and valorization, and more specifically within the field of organic matter management through combined processes of industrial grinding and continuous flow thermal dehydration under a closed processing cycle. Background of the invention Current organic waste treatment systems typically feature discontinuous architectures that require manual handling of the material between shredding and drying phases. An integrated modular system that physically and operationally combines a particle size reduction phase with direct, channeled transfer to thermal dewatering units within a closed-loop modular on-site processing cycle is unknown in the prior art. Explanation of the invention The proposed invention consists of a utility model that defines a new modular structure for the treatment of organic matter. The system is based on the physical and functional integration of one or more bio-grinders (1) operationally linked to one or more bio-dehydration units (2). The system is characterized by a continuous flow channel (3a) that defines a closed processing cycle. The material is introduced into the grinding units (1) for particle size reduction and is discharged through this channel (3a) to the inlet of the bio-dehydration units (2). This configuration allows the system to be scalable according to demand. Optionally, the system incorporates thermal and humidity sensors interconnected with a control module for performance optimization. To complement the description, a set of drawings is included: Figure 1.1.- Isometric perspective view of the grinding unit (1). Figure 1.2.- Front view of the grinding unit (1) and outlet (1c). Figure 2.1.- Linear schematic view of the bio-dehydration unit (2). Figure 2.2.- Isometric view of the bio-dehydration unit (2). Figure 3.- Schematic view of the modular assembly showing the continuous flow configuration (3a) between multiple grinding and dewatering units. Preferred embodiment of the invention In a preferred configuration, the system comprises a modular network where organic matter is fed into the grinding unit (1), ground, and discharged through outlet (1c). Via continuous flow channeling (3a), the material is conveyed in a sealed manner to the inlet (2a) of the bio-dehydrator (2). The flow is managed automatically, allowing processing of approximately up to 2,000 kg / h depending on the scale of integrated units. The system is for industrial applications in environments requiring the transformation of waste into low-moisture biomass.
