Description

TOILET CISTERN FILLING DEVICE OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The purpose of this invention application is to register a toilet cistern filling device, which incorporates notable innovations and advantages over the techniques used to date. More specifically, the invention proposes the development of a toilet cistern filling device, which, due to its particular arrangement, allows for the securing of its main assembly and working position, thus preventing possible accidental disassembly. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The use of supply valves and taps located in toilet cisterns is widely known in the prior art. These valves incorporate an elongated body that can be connected to water supplies at various points. This allows for the standardization of valve components for different water inlet locations. However, these valves are connected to the water supply lines via threaded connections, which slows down and complicates their assembly, maintenance, and replacement of individual parts. Furthermore, if access to the connection is difficult, the technician's task becomes even more challenging. Additionally, in recent times, a multitude of cisterns of very diverse dimensions, geometries and capacities have been developed, which implies that the devices that must be attached to them must be as versatile as possible, in order to be able to integrate without major difficulty into any cistern model on the market. In this sense, one implementation that has been used in the sector is that of a tap that incorporates the possibility of regulating the orientation of the float, so that it can pivot circularly on the main (horizontal) axis of the tap itself. Therefore, this integration capability of the tap of the present invention provides a competitive technical advantage over other taps on the market. Currently, there are many devices of this kind, designed to improve the efficient flushing of water in toilet cisterns and with many interconnection elements that facilitate all of this. Water filling devices in the sanitation sector are used to regulate the water that enters the toilet cisterns, and their main purpose, through semi-automatic means of operation, is to provide the refill of water from inside the cistern tank, to then be poured into the toilet bowl itself. For this purpose, these types of mechanisms contained within the main body of the cistern tank are connected to the latter either on the side or bottom (where the well or water outlet will be located) of said tank, through elements of different kinds and immersed in an aqueous medium. The variety of water taps applicable to toilet cisterns is very high and most of the solutions or improvements provided by them are aimed at optimizing performance, water consumption and the materials used in this type of installation, so that they contribute to a better conservation of the environment, and all this without diminishing the working and service conditions, nor the quality and reliability in their operation. In this respect, cistern refilling devices in the field of the present invention are precisely among the most frequently used devices in any type of sanitary installation. Therefore, despite constant improvements in the materials used and their connections, there is no doubt that the aforementioned high frequency of use, along with the specific characteristics of the working environment, can, over time, lead to wear and / or deterioration of some components and, consequently, to a decrease in their technical reliability. This will ultimately result in poor operation, which can impair the usability of the toilet and even lead to a relatively serious incident, such as flooding or accidental water spills, with the obvious harm that this entails. Given the relative frequency of these breakdowns or malfunctions, and the consequences (annoying or even serious) that they generate, it seems clear that it is highly desirable to contribute to the technology with devices that are easy and quick to install (even by users without plumbing knowledge) and that can be applied to most existing connection elements. In this regard, apart from the wide variety of refill mechanisms or taps, there are also many and varied connection elements to the body of the cistern tank, with different characteristics and anchoring elements corresponding to each of the commercial firms and / or existing models, which gives an idea of the inconveniences that a user - whether domestic or professional - encounters when replacing a part or the entire assembly. Given the need to provide a device for refilling toilet cisterns with water that can be adapted to a large part of the connection elements originally installed in the cisterns, the present invention is provided, whose advantages of universalization and easy assembly will become clear from the details that will be set out in the following sections with reference to the attached drawings. The present invention helps to solve the existing problem by ensuring the secure mounting and working position of the tank, thus preventing accidental disassembly. Additionally, its versatility and dimensional adaptability allow for positioning and use in different tank configurations and geometries. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been developed for the purpose of providing a toilet cistern filling device, comprising a water supply tap body to a cistern and a float with means for regulating the same, wherein said float is arranged in the same cistern, and said regulating means and the same tap body being linked and mutually enabled for regulating the water supply from the tap body to the cistern according to a float level of the float in the same cistern;wherein the tap body is provided with upper closing elements arranged and positioned on the tap body for closing and which are removable, removable from their position on the tap body and capable of rotation with respect to the main tap body, wherein the removal of said closing elements enables access to the interior of the tap body and also enables access and / or manipulation of the float's regulating means; wherein it also incorporates fixing means enabled by their positioning for maintaining the closing elements in their closed position on the tap body, wherein said fixing means are enabled to interact simultaneously by their positioning on the closing elements and on the tap body and are also removable from their positioning. Preferably, in the toilet cistern filling device, the closing means comprise a pin element, said pin element and the closing elements and the tap body being mutually enabled so that the same pin element passes simultaneously through the closing elements and the tap body. Additionally, in the toilet cistern filling device, the pin element has a fork-like arrangement. Preferably, in the toilet cistern filling device, the fork-shaped pin element is locked through through holes incorporated in the locking elements. Preferably, in the toilet cistern filling device, the fork-shaped pin element is enabled to be fixed externally to the closing elements, as well as together with the tap body. Additionally, in the toilet cistern filling device, the fixing means in its positioning are also enabled for positioning the float regulation means. Preferably, in the toilet cistern filling device, the float adjustment means comprise a float height adjustment screw, and wherein the fixing means are also enabled for positioning said float height adjustment screw. Preferably, in the toilet cistern filling device, the pin element has a space enabled for the passage and maintenance of the position of the float height adjustment screw. Alternatively, in the toilet cistern filling device, the closing elements incorporate a notch in their lower opening and the tap body incorporates a pair of steps, so that the notch and the steps are mutually positioned to limit rotation of the closing elements on the tap body. In one embodiment of the invention, the closing elements comprise a conduit for the passage of water into the cistern. Therefore, since this water conduit is integral with the closing elements, which are rotatable with respect to the main body of the tap and also incorporate a connection to the means for connecting and supporting the float, the position of said float can also be rotationally adjusted with respect to the main body of the tap. Specifically, the conduit for the passage of water into the cistern is oriented vertically towards the float itself, which means that the float receives directly, from the very beginning, the water that enters the cistern through the tap body, ensuring that the float is automatically positioned at its lowest point of travel. Additionally, in the toilet cistern filling device, the float incorporates at least one upper cavity in the form of a raft, to ensure said lower positioning once a new cistern filling cycle begins, with the water supply provided by the tap of the invention. Thanks to the present invention, the main assembly and working positioning are secured, thus preventing possible accidental disassembly. Other features and advantages of the toilet cistern filling device will become apparent from the description of a preferred, but not exclusive, embodiment, which is illustrated by way of non-limiting example in the accompanying drawings, in which: BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Figure 1.- It is a perspective view of a preferred embodiment of the toilet cistern filling device of the present invention, ready for service. Figure 4.- It is a sectioned view of a preferred embodiment of the toilet cistern filling device of the present invention. Figure 5.- It is a side view of a preferred embodiment of the toilet cistern filling device of the present invention. Figures 6 and 7.- These are other views from different perspectives of a preferred embodiment of the toilet cistern filling device of the present invention. DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT As shown in the figures, and as is already known in the state of the art, the toilet cistern filling device comprises a tap body 1 for supplying water to a toilet cistern and a float 2 with means for regulating the same, wherein said float 2 is arranged in the same cistern. The aforementioned means of regulating float 2 and the same tap body 1 are linked and mutually enabled for regulating the water supply from tap body 1 to the same cistern, and according to a float level of float 2 in the same cistern. In this sense, float 2 must be correctly positioned inside the cistern, and must be completely free so that, in its vertical upward movement when the water level activates it by buoyancy, it provides a correct and robust closure of the water passage in the tap body 1, thus avoiding unnecessary water losses and optimal functioning of the cistern mechanism on which it is mounted. Furthermore, the tap body 1 is in turn equipped with upper closing elements 11 arranged and positioned on the same tap body 1. These locking elements 11 are detachable, removable from their position on the tap body 1, and rotatable with respect to the main tap body. Removing the locking elements 11 from their position on the tap body 1 allows access to the interior of the tap body 1, as can be seen in Figure 2, enabling internal maintenance and cleaning operations to be carried out on the tap body 1 in a simple and intuitive manner, without the need to remove the tap body 1 from its working position. Sometimes it is also necessary to replace some gasket or internal part that incorporates the tap body 1, so having optimal means for the circumstantial removal of the closing elements 11 with respect to the tap body 1 also substantially advantages the devices of the state of the art. The same removal of the closing elements 11 also allows access and / or manipulation of said means of regulating the float 2 in its arrangement within the tap body 1. According to the invention itself, the toilet cistern filling device also incorporates fixing means, which are enabled by their positioning to maintain the closing elements 11 in their position in the tap body 1. In this preferred embodiment, the closing means comprise a pin element 3 that has a fork or clamp arrangement. The pin element 3 is enabled to interact simultaneously by being positioned on the closing elements 11 and on the tap body 1, and is also removable from its positioning. More specifically, pin element 3, locking elements 11, and tap body 1 are mutually enabled so that the same pin element 3 passes simultaneously through locking elements 11 and tap body 1. For this purpose, the fork-shaped pin element 3 is locked through through holes 111 incorporated in the locking elements 11, as shown in Figure 2, which allows the fork-shaped pin element 3 to be fixed externally to the locking elements 11, as well as to the tap body 1. As can be deduced especially from the observation of figure 4, since the pin element 3 remains inserted simultaneously between the closing elements 11 and the tap body 1, if the pin element 3 is not removed horizontally and voluntarily, accidental disassembly and removal of the closing elements 11 is impossible and therefore access to the interior of the tap body 1 is impossible. This ensures the positioning of the closing elements 11 in the tap body 1, preventing the accidental removal of the closing elements 11, which would cause a malfunction of the regulating means of the float 2 or the tap body 1. Likewise, unlocking the upper locking elements 11 of the tap body 1 of the invention, by removing the pin element 3, provides access to the inner chamber of said tap body 1, as can be seen especially in figure 2, in order to carry out cleaning and maintenance operations, and even the replacement of elements such as rubber seals 4, if necessary. In the locked position, the closing elements 11 are firmly fixed, which leads to the correct functioning of the tap body 1, under any pressure and / or water flow conditions circulating inside the cistern. Also in the toilet cistern filling device of the proposed invention, the fixing means can also be enabled in their positioning for a fixing of the float 2 regulation means, for example, in the case observed in figures 1, 2 and 5 where the float 2 regulation means comprise a float 21 height adjustment screw. In this case, the fixing means may also be enabled for positioning said height adjustment screw 21 of the float 2. Specifically, in this preferred embodiment, as shown in figures 1, 2 and 5, the fork-shaped pin element 3 has an intermediate space 31 enabled for the passage and maintenance of the height adjustment screw 21 of the float 2 in its proper working position. Also in other preferred embodiments of the toilet cistern filling device of the invention, the closing elements 11 incorporate a notch 110 in their lower opening and the tap body 1 incorporates a pair of steps 12, as can be seen in figures 6 and 7. Thus, the rotation of the closing elements 11 on the tap body 1 is limited, as can be deduced from the rotating arrow in figures 6 and 7, when said notch 110 of the closing elements 1 contacts and touches one of the steps 12 of the tap body 1. In one embodiment of the invention, the closing elements 11 comprise a conduit 112 for the passage of water into the cistern. Therefore, since this water conduit 112 is integral with the closing elements 11, which are rotatable with respect to the main body of the tap 1 and, in turn, are interconnected with the connection and support means of the float 2, the position of said float 2 can also be rotationally adjusted with respect to the main body of the tap 1. In particular, the conduit 112 for the passage of water into the interior of the cistern is oriented vertically towards the float 2 itself, which implies that said float 2 receives directly, from the first moment, the water that enters the interior of the cistern, through the tap of the invention 1, which ensures that said float 2 is automatically positioned at its lower travel point. In this sense, it is common for the floats intended to regulate the amount of water to be dispensed inside the cistern by the tap body 1 to incorporate at least one upper cavity 22, as a basin, to ensure this lower positioning once a new cistern filling cycle begins, with the water supply provided by the tap body 1. Consequently, it is highly relevant that the tap of the invention incorporates these improvements and also allows the rotational regulation of the assembly formed by the closing elements (11), together with the float (2) and its respective support screw (21), all of which provides versatility in the position and assembly of the tap body 1 in all types of cisterns. The toilet cistern filling device of the present invention covers, in its adaptability, all types of cisterns, both in terms of their capacity and dimensions. The details, shapes, dimensions and other accessory elements, as well as the materials used in the manufacture of the toilet cistern filling device of the invention, may be conveniently replaced by others that are technically equivalent and do not depart from the essence of the invention or the scope defined by the claims included below.
