Abstract

Equipment and procedure for machining raw ceramic parts. The equipment (1) for machining raw ceramic parts comprises: - a supporting frame (2); - a transport line (3) comprising a support plane (4) for a plurality of raw ceramic pieces (M) obtained from cutting a ceramic slab and arranged in succession along a plurality of adjacent and parallel rows, said transport line (3) being associated with the frame (2) and being intended to move the pieces (M) along at least one direction of advance (5) substantially parallel to the development of the rows (F); - roughing means (6) of the outer edges of the pieces (M); - at least some operable separation means (7) to move the rows (F) away from each other along a moving-away direction (8) transverse to the forward direction (5).
