Abstract
The present invention relates to a sheet intended to be used for manufacturing flexible molds for culinary applications and the resulting molds. This sheet is composed of a flexible and thermoformable polymer, essentially with foamed polymer such as EVA, XPP or XPE rubber foam and with a finish suitable for contact with food. The sheet can be thermoformed to take the shape of a master mold. All this is achieved with the simplicity and low cost that this mold-making technique offers compared to current silicone molds. This solves the problem for some cooks or pastry chefs when it comes to innovating with new formats for their creations, for which they need flexible molds easily and at a reasonable cost.
