EMERGENCY DIRECTIONAL FOCUS

Abstract

A directional emergency spotlight for emergency vehicles (1) is disclosed, comprising: a base plate (2), a microcontroller (3), a driver (4), and a light guide comprising: two horizontally arranged LED light assemblies (6, 6') and two flat refractors (5, 5'). The spotlight further comprises: a horizontal intermediate LED light assembly (7, 8, 9), a vertical intermediate LED light assembly (10, 11), a semi-cylindrical collimator intermediate assembly (17), and a cylindrical collimator intermediate assembly (18, 19). The LED light assemblies of the light guide, the horizontal intermediate LED light assembly, and the vertical intermediate LED light assembly are configured to emit predetermined light sequences in accordance with current regulations. The double light guide and the LEDs between the light guide result in a compact device.
