Abstract

The present invention describes an insulated cable and its preparation method, a coil, and an electronic / electrical device, and relates to the technical field of electrochemical components. In the preparation method offered by the present invention, thermoplastic polyimide is extruded into a mold by an extrusion process, thus forming the insulating layer on the core material, which significantly improves production efficiency compared to the traditional multi-stage coating process. The bonding layer preparation process and the extrusion process are optimized; the bonding layer is prepared using a specific formulation; and then the insulating layer is extruded under a specific negative pressure, so that the prepared thermoplastic polyimide insulating layer has fewer and smaller bubbles, ensuring a higher breakdown voltage of the insulating layer.
