The embodiments of the present invention describe a method and device for transmitting information, a method and device for determining information, a method and device for transmitting signaling information, a method and device for acquiring parameters, and a storage medium. The method for transmitting information comprises: determining the second piece of information corresponding to a HARQ-ACK (Hybrid Automatic Request Acknowledge) codebook to be transmitted; determining the HARQ-ACK codebook according to the determined second piece of information; and transmitting the determined HARQ-ACK codebook, wherein the second piece of information comprises at least one of the following elements: a bandwidth set in the frequency domain, primary information, and upper-layer signaling information.
