Process for the management of municipal solid waste comprising a first stage (1) of area reconnaissance comprising data collection (1.1) of existing containers; input (1.2) of the data (D1) and a photograph into software integrated on a server by means of an electronic device with a computer application associated with the software; generation of a non-editable code (1.3); obtaining a geolabeled authentication code (1.4) for each container, and affixing it to the container; a second stage (2) of service sizing and, a third stage (3) of management control comprising selection of a control level (3.1); scheduling of a calendar (3.2) of actions; sending by the software a notification (3.3) of each inspection; reading or scanning of the authentication code (3.4) and notation of any incident; automatic and immediate notification (3.5) of each incident, and; monitoring of inspections (3.6) and incidents.
