Abstract
Traditional configuration mill with conversion set as a producer of electrical energy. The present invention relates to a traditionally configured mill, for example, a water extraction mill, existing or newly created, comprising a conversion kit to a mill for generating electricity from the rotary motion of a rotor equipped with traditional, non-aerodynamic, fixed-pitch blades, generated by wind. The conversion kit advantageously includes an additional frame for connecting, sequentially to the main rotor shaft at its end trunnion in the upper part of the mill, a drive train for a mechanical speed multiplier, which transmits this multiplied rotation to an electric power generator, equipped with an aerodynamic brake and a digital control system.
