Interconnected Modular Abattoir.

Abstract

A modular abattoir comprising a plurality of prefabricated processing modules configured to be transported, assembled, disassembled, expanded, and reconfigured according to processing capacity and operational requirements. The abattoir includes one or more livestock reception modules(101),inspection modules(102), stunning and bleeding modules(103), skin removal modules(104),carcass dressing modules(105), chilling modules(106), meat cutting modules(107), packaging modules(108), cold storage modules(109), by-product processing modules(110) and wastewater treatment modules(111). Each module is provided with standardized structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, drainage, ventilation, and refrigeration interfaces to enable rapid interconnection and integration into a complete slaughtering and meat processing facility. The modular configuration provides physical separation of processing areas, thereby improving hygiene and bio-security, facilitating compliance with food safety and veterinary regulations, and enabling efficient installation, maintenance, relocation, and future expansion of the modular abattoir.
