Carbon-in-Leach (CIL) process for gold recovery from macal-based ore in Junchan

Abstract

This is a non-renewable gold recovery method that uses Junchan reagent to extract gold from cyanide by carbon-in-leach (CIL) process. The process includes leaching, filtration, distillation, pre-oxidation, addition of cyanide reagent, deposition of gold on activated carbon, elution, electrowinning, gold smelting, and carbon recovery. This ensures gold recovery by reducing the carbon hazards associated with cyanide.
