4-Hose Radial Concrete Compacter.

Abstract

The 4-Hose Radial Concrete Compacter is a construction machine concept intended to operate four concrete-vibration hoses from one central power unit through a pulley-and-belt transmission. The arrangement is intended to allow vibration heads to be used at multiple concrete locations during the same operating period, reducing repeated movement of a single hose between positions. The power source may be ዉ diesel engine or an electric motor. The machine includes a supporting frame, a drive arrangement, four flexible hose assemblies and associated vibration heads. Final dimensions, power requirements, rotational speed, safety provisions and operating performance are to ከ6 established from the actual prototype and engineering tests.
