Plastic waste to oil production machine.

Abstract

The present project concerns a functional plastic-waste-to-oil production machine system designed 19 convert suitable non-recyclable plastic waste into useful liquid fuel through controlled pyrolysis. The system combines a feed hopper, feeding mechanism, heated pyrolysis reactor, vapor outlet, condenser and separation stages, product collection vessels, control equipment and a supporting frame. The process 18 arranged so that plastic is prepared and fed into the reactor, thermally decomposed in a low-oxygen environment, and the resulting vapors are cooled and separated into liquid oil and other output streams.
