Abstract

The invention relates to a tire (100) in which a carcass reinforcement (150) comprises a layer of inverted carcass (151) that is inverted around a bead (131A) so as to form a main part (152) and two inverted sections (153A), arranged axially outside the main part and extending from the main part to two edges (151A) of the inverted carcass layer. The inverted carcass layer delimits, on each of its edges, an end slice (154A), enveloped by one or more elastomeric layers (161A, 162A) of the tire, and comprises textile thread reinforcements which, on the end slice of each edge, are transversely interrupted, forming end sections exposed to the rest of the inverted carcass layer.An adhesive interlayer (170A) is placed between the end edge of each edge of the inverted carcass layer and the corresponding elastomeric layer(s), gluing the sections of the textile wire reinforcements.
