Abstract

The invention relates to a retaining collar (8) for a cooling tube (2), the retaining collar (8) comprising: - a main body (10) having: a) a circular portion (16) for enclosing the cooling tube (2), b) two flat portions (19, 20) extending along the same plane (L, T), and - a graphite retaining ring (40) housed inside the main body (10). According to the invention, - the retaining ring (40) comprises at least three through holes (70), and - the circular portion (16) is provided with at least three means for longitudinally retaining (80) the retaining ring (40) in the main body (10), each longitudinal retaining means being adapted to cooperate with a corresponding through hole (70) of the retaining ring (40) so as to ensure the longitudinal retention of the retaining ring (40) in the main body (10).
