Abstract
A makeup case comprising a base (1) and a lid (2), which is hinged to the base (1) by pivoting between a closed storage position, in which the lid (2) is folded down onto the base (1), and an open use position, in which the lid (2) provides access to the interior of the base (1), the lid (2) being held onto the base in the closed storage position by snap-fit means (4, 25), characterized in that the base (1), the lid (2), and the snap-fit means (4, 25) are all made of metal.
