Abstract

The invention relates to a method and system (1) for transmitting information between a ground station (GS) and an aircraft (A1) in flight, said method using the transmission of said information by means of data blocks whose consistency is verified by a plurality of validation entities of a validation system (VE) with respect to a chain of reference data blocks, each comprising the information previously transmitted by said ground station (GS). Advantageously, it is thus possible to offer an increased level of security for the transmission of information between airport facilities comprising said ground station (GS) and an aircraft (A1) destined for these facilities, whether piloted by a human or an automated pilot.
