Abstract
The present invention relates to 3D mechanical combination puzzles for blind people and for those suffering from Alzheimer's disease, which consist of female RG-45 connectors (1) placed on each cubical part of each surface of the 3D mechanical puzzle. A pistol-shaped male RG-45 connector is mounted to these connectors. The male connector is obtained from the switches of six audio-recorders (2), each of which controls a surface of each 3D puzzle. The advantage of this invention is that by this device the auditory perception of a blind person is activated, so that less time to solve the puzzle is required and a lower degree of difficulty is achieved, resulting in the solving process becoming more enjoyable and interesting. If the entire cube is painted the same color, it is suitable for people with Alzheimer's disease because in this case they must remember which audio message corresponds to which cubical part, and with continuous practice the progression of the disease is dramatically slowed.
