Abstract

The present invention relates to a power plant system that ensures rapid acceleration and deceleration to adjust to a load and comprises: a turbine module that operates according to a Rankine cycle organic fluid or a working steam cycle and is coupled to a generator, the electricity generator that provides power to adapt to the load,A main conduit through which the heated working fluid vapor in the Rankine cycle organic fluid is supplied to the turbine unit, and a main conduit operatively connected to the flow control element and a flow control member responding to load conditions to automatically increase the flow rate of the working fluid vapor or steam to the turbine module under acceleration conditions and to automatically limit the flow of the working fluid vapor or steam to said turbine module under deceleration conditions.
