Abstract

The information processing apparatus (100) comprises: an acquisition means for acquiring a learning dataset including: candidate site condition data representing candidate site conditions for store opening, a land use map data in which the land use areas of the area where the store is to be opened are classified on a map, and condition determination data used to determine the candidate site conditions in the area where the store is to be opened; a learning means for using the learning dataset acquired by the acquisition means to train a machine learning model to learn, so that once the model is input with information representing the location where the store is to be opened, it outputs information representing candidate site conditions for store opening as such information; an input means for inputting information representing the location where the store is to be opened to the trained machine learning model; and a prompting means for performing processing required to prompt the user with the candidate site when the trained machine learning model outputs information representing the candidate site.
