Abstract

The present disclosure provides a method of enhancing delivery of a medicament into a tissue, the method comprising: placing a housing defining a chamber adjacent a surface of the tissue, thereby positioning the chamber adjacent an injection site at which the medicament is injected into the tissue; applying a vacuum pressure to the chamber, thereby aspirating a portion of the tissue through an opening of the chamber and aspirating the portion of the tissue into the chamber; and upon application of the vacuum pressure, moving the housing relative to the tissue for enhancing delivery of an agent in the tissue.
