Abstract

A floating generator for the production and distribution of electrical energy provides a source of electrical energy on all water surfaces, and consists of a generator body (1) floating on the water, in which is located the main operating shaft (12) with a gyroscope (10) and a flywheel (9), which is connected to a generator (11) which, by rotation achieved by the action of wind flow through horizontal blades (8) fixed to a vertical support (7), produces electrical energy that is stored in battery cells (2). The horizontal blades (8) are placed horizontally, which allows maximum utilization of the rotation of the main operating shaft (12), from all directions of wind blowing, and the gyroscope (10) and flywheel (9) are connected to the main operating shaft (12), which, by rotating, enables the functioning of the gyroscope (10) and flywheel (9), and which thus stabilizes the generator body (1) in a vertical position. The invention enables several ways of using the system, such as connecting to the system's power source, taking over charged batteries, charging its own batteries or permanently connecting the plant to the system with one or more floating generators connected in series.
