Abstract
The present invention relates to a stripping device (1, 101, 201) for removing a pad (B) from a stored tire component (A) when unwinding said stored tire component (A) from a storage reel (F), wherein a storage cassette (300) contains said stripping device (1, 101, 201). The stripping device (1) comprises a plurality of rollers (R1-R6), which guide the stored car tire component (A) and the pad (B) from the storage spool (F) along the storage path (S) and the pad path (L), respectively, where the plurality of rollers (R1-R6) include a separation roller (R4) at the separation position (Q), where the pad path (L) is permanently separated from the storage path (S), where the stripping device (1) additionally contains a driving element (R5), coupled to the separating roller (R4) so that the separating roller (R4) rotates faster than the other rollers (R1-R3, R5, R6) between the multiple rollers (R1-R6).The invention relates to a peeler (1, 101, 201) for peeling a liner (B) from a stock tire component (A) during unwinding of said stock tire component (A) from stock reel (F) and a stock cassette (300) comprising said peeler (1, 101, 201). The peeler (1) comprises a plurality of rollers (R1-R6) for guiding the stock tire component (A) and the liner (B) from the stock reel (F) along a stock path (S) and a liner path (L), respectively, wherein the plurality of rollers (R1-R6) comprises a separation roller (R4) at a separation position (Q) where the liner path (L) permanently separates from the stock path (S), wherein the peeler (1) further comprises a drive member (R5) that is coupled to the separation roller (R4) for rotating the separation roller (R4) faster than the other rollers (R1-R3, R5, R6) of the plurality of rollers (R1-R6).
