Conveyor device for sprinkling traffic and pedestrian surfaces

Abstract

A device for sprinkling traffic and pedestrian areas with a conveyor belt with various sprinkling materials with a transport system for removing the sprinkling material from the sprinkling material container (1) in the form of a conveyor belt (2), which includes a belt tensioning device (7), drive rollers (5) and driven rollers (6), wherein said conveyor belt (2) pulls the material from the container (1) and transports it using the lower arm of the supply belt (2a) to the outlet (10) of the discharge channel (8), and the material is then spread onto the road using a rotating spreading plate (9). The sprinkling device is designed so that the conveyor belt system (2) is completely located inside the material container (1), i.e. both arms of the conveyor belt (2a, and 2b) are located in the sprinkling material, the lower arm (2a) which transports the sprinkling material into the discharge channel (8), as well as the second return arm (2b) of the conveyor belt (2).The problem solved by this invention is to prevent the accumulation of sprinkling material at the bottom of the container under the conveyor belt (2), and this problem is completely solved by the present invention, where the entire conveyor belt 2 with arms (2a, 2b) is located inside the material container (1).
