Abstract
The utility model shows a cooling insert in the form of an envelope characterized by the fact that the interior of the walls of the envelope (1) is filled with a layer of natural filler (2) of insulating material consisting of small strips of recycled waste paper shavings, the main characteristics of which are temperature insulation and biodegradability, which acts as an insulator between the envelope (1) itself and the dry ice (4) placed inside the envelope (1), with the thickness of the filler (2) varying according to the expected cooling parameters, so, for example, for cooling in the temperature range from - 15 °C to 0 °C the thickness of the filler (2) of the insulating cooling insert is in the range of 1-2. cm and for the range from 0 °C to + 8 °C it is in the range of 2-4 cm.The utility model shows an envelope-shaped cooling cartridge characterised by the fact that the interior of the envelope walls (1) is filled with a layer of natural filler (2) of insulating material consisting of small strips of recycled waste paper chips, whose main characteristics are temperature insulation and biodegradability, which acts as an insulator between the envelope itself (1) and the dry ice (4) located inside the envelope (1), with a filler thickness (2) that differs according to the expected cooling parameters, and thus, for example, for cooling in the temperature range from - 15° C to 0° C the thickness of the filler (2) of the insulating cooling cartridge is in the range of 1-2 cm and for the range from 0° C to + 8° C it is in the range of 2-4 cm.
