Abstract
The device is used for practicing hand punching techniques in water. The device is primarily aimed at increasing the speed of punching. The device is used in a set, i.e. one is grasped and attached to the left forearm, and the other to the right. Rotating blades of variable surface (1) via hinges (5) connected to the body of the device (3) depending on the direction of movement of the hand take the position with the greatest or least resistance to movement. Thus, when the hand on which we have the device moves in the direction in which the blade (1) is in front of the body of the device (3) (performing a punch) we have a maximum. load, and when it moves in the opposite direction we have a minimum load. The magnitude of the load in both directions is set before the start of the exercise by pulling out or retracting the blade extension (7), or by contracting and expanding the fan (8).The device is used for practicing boxing techniques in water. The device is primarily aimed at increasing the speed of kicks. The device is used in a set, i.e.one is grabbed and attached to the left forearm, and the other to the right. Depending on the direction of movement of the arms, the rotating blades of variable surface (1) occupy the position with the highest and lowest resistance to movement, respectively, via hinges (5) connected to the body of the device (3). So when the hand on which we have the device moves in the direction in which the blade (1) is in front of the body of the device (3) (kick), we have max. load, and when moving in the opposite direction, we have minimum load. The amount of load in both directions is adjusted before the start of the exercise by pulling out or pulling in the extension of the blade (7), or shrinking and expanding the fan (8).
