Vertical mini wind turbine with rotating blades

Abstract

The proposed invention describes vertical mini wind turbines with rotating blades that enable decentralized energy transmission, and includes obtaining energy from the wind on roads and all other places where air flow occurs. Also, the invention describes the application of these mini wind turbines on roads and highways. In this application, the mini wind turbines are located with the blades below and above the bumper, and the generators of the upper and lower turbines are located behind the bumper and are therefore mechanically protected.
