Abstract

The essence of the invention is described in the application and patent claim and drawings, and relates to a small road vehicle for one to 2 passengers and a small load, which can be protected from traffic accidents and weather conditions by using a mounting / dismounting protective cabin. By using hydraulic oil to fill the system for intentional lateral tilting, where the oil forks of the front wheels are the executive organs for stable lateral tilting, which achieves driving safety during sharp bends and weather conditions, which extends the use of the vehicle almost all year round in areas with a moderate climate. The low oil filling pressures in both oil filling branches are the cause of the small forces with which the driver manually controls the tilting, so that the technical problem of reducing the risk of lateral rollover at limited speeds and moderate crosswinds is effectively solved. For a complete insight into the operation of the tilting system in Fig.1 schematically shows a control system with a mechanical limitation of the maximum angle αD that protects the user and other road users. The description of the system's operation is given in the patent application with the reference numbers from the solution HRP20190530A2 and additional numbers from the conceptual design of the oil fork, all described on pages 3 and 4. The author of the invention of the oil fork is not aware of the same or similar solution known in the state of the art. Fig. 2 shows the conceptual design of the oil fork as a basis for detailed design and production. The entire system of intentional lateral tilting can also be applied to a cargo tricycle with a front drive wheel and steering assembly, and a slightly larger cargo space leaning on a pair of oil forks and wheels is formed at the rear of the vehicle. The driver and the cargo can be protected with a protective cabin. The essence of the invention is described in the application and patent claim and pictures, and it refers to a small road vehicle for one to two passengers and a smaller load, which can be protected from traffic accidents and weather conditions by using a removable protective cabin. By applying hydraulic oil that fills the system for intentional lateral tilting where the oil forks of the front wheels are the executive organs for stable lateral tilting, which achieves driving safety in sharp turns and bad weather, which extends the use of the vehicle for almost a whole year in areas with a moderate climate. The low oil fill pressures in both oil fill branches are the cause of the small forces that help the driver manually control tilting so that the technical problem of reducing the risk of side overturning at limited speeds and moderate crosswinds is effectively solved. For a complete insight into the operation of the tilting system, Fig.1 schematically shows the control system with a mechanical limitation of the maximum angle αD, which protects the user and other road users. The description of the operation of the system is given in the patent claim with reference signs from the solution HRP20190530A2 and additional signs from the conceptual solution of the hydraulic damper, all described on pages 3 and 4. The author of the invention of the hydraulic damper does not know of the same or similar solution known in the state of the art. Fig. 2 shows the conceptual solution of the hydraulic damper as a basis for detailed design and production. The entire system of deliberate lateral tilting can be applied to a cargo tricycle with a front drive wheel and control unit, and a slightly larger cargo space resting on a pair of hydraulic dampers and wheels is formed at the rear of the vehicle. The protective cabin can protect the driver and the load.
