Abstract

The prefabricated thermal insulation building block for masonry in a row consists of prefabricated elements made of concrete (1) and polystyrene (2) which are firmly connected to each other using the tongue and groove method in the form of a "T" profile, and the polystyrene elements are connected to each other using the same method with polystyrene elements (5) in the form of an "H" profile. By means of classic masonry, a masonry structure is created between the elements of the skeleton structure, i.e. vertical rings (9) and reinforced concrete beams (10). The concrete block element (1) has profiled ribs (3) in the form of a "T" profile on the plate, which enter the channel (4) in the polystyrene block element (2), thus supporting it and at the same time ensuring their mutual distance. A reinforcing mesh with installations is placed in the created air space (8), and concrete filling is successively performed to monolithize the wall. The outer wall surface of the prefabricated polystyrene element (2) is immediately ready for the construction of the final facade, e.g.with glue, mesh and topcoat, but without the need for additional fastening with special screws for the facade, as when the masonry structure is made of brick products or classic concreting in double formwork. Factory-prefabricated concrete and polystyrene elements of standard dimensions and various design shapes for the building block according to the invention are delivered to the construction site. No additional connecting elements and tools are required for the masonry, mutual connection and fastening of these block elements, which is why it can be easily carried out on the construction site by construction workers without high qualifications and special skills.
