Abstract
An anchor with movable flukes is composed of a movable (1) and a fixed part (2). Depending on the position of these elements, all flukes of the anchor can be in a folded position or separated from each other by 90 degrees, unfolded position.Changing the position is simple and it is done by moving the movable part in relation to the fixed part depending on the desired position of the anchor flukes - more or less folded. This is achieved by inserting a pin (3) into the desired opening (4) on the fixed part. This construction of the anchor significantly reduces the space required for placing the anchor, as well as the risk of injury. On one side of the pin (3), a thin rope (5) can be connected, which follows the rope attached to the anchor ring. In the event that the anchor gets stuck on the bottom by pulling the thin rope, the pin (3) is pulled out of the anchor, the flukes are fully extended and the anchor is free to be pulled into the ship.
