Abstract

The calf muscle strengthening device with spring resistance comprises the upper part: a belt (8) with a chain (7) that the person puts around the waist and to which the springs (5) are attached with carabiners (6). The user of the device with the belt (8) attached around the waist stands with both feet on the elliptical footrests (3), and the springs (5) attached to the chain (7) are attached to the metal hooks (4) located on the steel platform (2) that stands on the side supports (1). In this position, the springs (5) attached to the belt (8) on one side and the platform (2) on the other side provide the user with satisfactory resistance in the opposite direction when performing the toe-lift exercise. The elliptical footrests (3) on which the person stands, due to their shape, provide the user with a full range of motion during exercise, and with the resistance from the springs, stimulate the strengthening and hypertrophy of the calf muscles.
