Composite panel

Abstract

The technical solution according to the invention refers to a composite panel consisting of a load-bearing structure made of open cold-formed thin-walled steel C-profiles (1.1) located in the central part of the panel, fire-resistant gypsum fibre lining boards (1.3) and a polymer polyurethane foam filling (1.2) arranged between the load-bearing structure and the lining boards. The load-bearing structure comprises a frame made of C-profiles (1.1) with additional profiles arranged horizontally, vertically and diagonally. On the outer side walls of the C-profiles (1.1) there are spacers (1.4) that ensure the distance between the load-bearing structure and the lining boards (1.3) and prevent their direct contact. The polyurethane foam (1.2) fills the interspace inside the panel and is in contact with the surfaces of the elements, thus achieving a compact composite structure of the panel.
