Dust load-reducing structure for emptying bulk material, like grain, into hopper of a storage and a procedure with the structure to reduce the dust load

Abstract

The dust reduction device (1) according to the present application is designed to discharge bulk products, such as grain crops, from a truck by tilting the truck body (19). The garaged storage building (10) has a door (12) adapted to receive the truck body (19), wherein the end of the truck body (19) is above a hopper (15) oriented in a tilted position. There is a lateral gap between the gate (12) and the two sides of the carriage (19). The structure consists of hose arrays (24, 25) arranged in this gap on the sides of the gate (12). The hose arrays (24, 25) consist of a large number of inflatable flexible-walled hoses (23) placed directly underneath each other and which can be deflated by releasing the internal pressure. The outer ends of the hoses (23) of the hose arrays (24, 25) are connected by air conducting branches (26, 27) to a supply line (29), the end of which is connected to an air pump (30) producing compressed air. In the inflated condition of the hoses (23), the hose arrays (24, 25) fill said gap or at least a significant part of it.
