Plant support arrangement, in particular for forming a green roof, comprising- a container (10) having a base (12) and side walls (13) protruding from the base (12),- a water storage space (18) for receiving water and a planting medium receiving space (19) for receiving planting medium (40) arranged in the container (10), and- a water-conducting fabric (30) for ensuring fluid transmission between the water storage space (18) and the planting medium receiving space (19), characterized in that- the container (10) further comprises at least two inner edges (14) formed in the side walls (13) opposite each other,- the arrangement further comprises a separating element (20) arranged in contact with the inner edge (14) for separating the water storage space (18) and the planting medium receiving space (19), which separating element (20) has water-permeable openings (24), and- the water-permeable fabric (30) is arranged so thatthat it rests on the separating element (20) in the planting medium receiving space (19) and is folded under the separating element (20) along the inner edge (14),
