Abstract

A battery monitoring device (300), characterized in that it comprises: a holding unit (350) separate from a separator (102) disposed on an outermost layer of an electrode assembly (10), wherein in the electrode assembly (10), a first electrode (101) and a second electrode (103) having an electrical polarity different from the first electrode (101) are alternately layered in a predetermined layering direction between the separator (102); a separating unit (380); and a sensing unit (310) disposed in the separation path.
