Abstract

A powder dispensing device (10), characterized in that it comprises: a conveying housing (110) having a conveying housing body (111) arranged in a front-to-rear direction, wherein the inner surface of the conveying housing body (111) is frustoconical in shape and has a decreasing cross-section toward the rear; a feeding screw (200) including a feeding screw shaft (210) disposed in the conveying housing body (111), the feeding screw shaft (210) being spaced apart from the inner surface of the conveying housing body (111), and the outer surface of the feeding screw shaft (210) having a frustoconical shape; a housing inlet (130) projecting upward from the front end of the conveying housing body (111) and communicating with the cavity of the interior of the conveying housing body (111), a feeding housing (120) including a feeding housing wall (120) connected to the bottom of the conveying housing (110), and the feeding housing wall (120) being a continuous side wall, and a feeder (300) including a feeding shaft (310) disposed in the feeding housing (120),an actuator (400) connected to at least one of the feed screw shaft (210) and the feed shaft (310), wherein the conveying housing (110) further includes a conveying housing opening (112) formed in the conveying housing body (111) and disposed below the feed screw shaft (210), wherein the feed screw (200) further includes a feed screw wing (220) protruding from an outer surface of the feed screw shaft (210), and wherein the feeder (300) further includes a plurality of feed wings (320) protruding from an outer surface of the feed shaft (310), a powder temperature sensing unit (630), and a temperature controller (500) connected to at least one of the conveying housing (110) or the feed housing (120) is connected.,
