CONCENTRATED HYDRATEABLE SURFACTANT COMPOSITION COMPRISING A COMPOUND WITH A DEFINED WEIGHT PERCENT OF OXYGEN

Abstract

The present invention is directed to a concentrated, hydratable surfactant composition. The composition is pourable, readily dilute, substantially free from sulfates and oils, comprising an acid, alcohol, C6-C14 amide or mixture thereof, an anionic surfactant and an amphoteric surfactant, a zwitterionic surfactant or both. The composition is in a lamellar phase and thickens and transforms into an isotropic phase upon dilution. The composition comprises a hydroxyfunctionalized compound, can be used as a concentrate in small volumes and diluted as used and required or can be diluted with water in refillable containers to ensure a reduction in plastic waste.
