Abstract

The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for oral administration comprising a GLP receptor agonist or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or derivative thereof, one or more medium chain fatty acid-based permeation enhancers with aromatic functional groups, and one or more medium chain fatty acid-based permeation enhancers without aromatic functional groups. This pharmaceutical composition may optionally be provided with a baseifier.
