Abstract

The present invention relates to compounds of Formula (I), and pharmaceutically acceptable salts and isomers of such compounds, which bind to the patatin-like phospholipase domain-containing protein 3 (PNPLA3) mutation PNPLA3I148M, (I) pharmaceutical compositions comprising a compound of Formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and the use thereof in methods of treating diseases associated with PNPLA3I148M.
