Abstract

This automatic coffee and sugar mixer combines simple yet reliable mechatronics technology with a user-friendly and easy-to-maintain design. This system is designed to help small and medium-sized coffee shops (SMEs) measure coffee grounds and sugar automatically, accurately, and consistently according to serving needs. With this machine, operators no longer rely on manual estimation, which often leads to differences in taste and waste of raw materials. In addition to increasing serving efficiency, this machine is also able to maintain the quality and consistency of each product served to customers, thereby increasing customer satisfaction and supporting sustainable business operational productivity.
