Abstract
A seven-blade swirler with a 45° blade angle is used as an airflow directing component in liquid-fueled burners. This component functions to form a swirling airflow before the air mixes with the fuel, thus improving the air and fuel mixing process. With the seven-blade configuration at a 45° angle, the airflow is directed more regularly towards the combustion zone to help increase flame stability, improve temperature distribution, support combustion efficiency, and reduce the tendency for incomplete combustion in the burner. This design can be applied to the JINIL JL26D burner or similar burner systems that require combustion airflow regulation.
