NICKEL LATERITE ORE GRADE WASHING LINE

Abstract

This application discloses a laterite nickel ore washing line including washing equipment and processing equipment along a stepped mountain, which includes a chain plate feeder, a cylinder washer, and a double spiral cleaning machine; a roller, a spiral chute, a shaker, and a magnetic separator along a stepped mountain; wherein the slurry outlet of the double spiral cleaning machine is connected to a cyclone. This application relies on the construction of a ladder mountain, making the pulp between the pulps by gravity by the above equipment with the natural flow of the equipment, avoiding additional pulp conveying resources, reducing the energy consumption of the pulp drive, thereby reducing the construction cost and the final operating cost, at the same time, through the ladder mountain to carry the equipment, reducing the cost of the equipment frame, thereby reducing the overall construction cost.
