This invention discloses the process of making dry cake dough made from sword bean beans consisting of: 30% sword bean flour, 26% refined sugar, 12% crisper, 21% butter oil substitutes (BOS), 12% eggs, and 1% other ingredients (instant yeast). Furthermore, the invention discloses the use of sword bean beans as a raw material for dry cakes that are suitable for consumption by pregnant women with chronic energy deficiency.
