Abstract
This invention relates to a fibrous foam mattress with bonnel springs (4) comprising: a set of fibrous foam mattresses (1) having several layers including a mattress cover (2), fibrous foam (3), bonnel springs (4) and a cotton sheet (5); and the fibrous foam (3) is made from textile waste, and low melting fibers in the ratio of: 20%-75% foam waste, 10%-60% fiber from textile waste and 15%-20% low melting fibers.
