THREE-BANK BATIK WAX REMOVAL MACHINE WITH MOVING AGITATOR AND AXLE TRANSFER SYSTEM

Abstract

This invention concerns batik production equipment, specifically a batik wax removal machine used for the process of removing wax and rinsing batik cloth more effectively and efficiently. This invention is in the form of a wax removal machine consisting of a wax removal tank equipped with a heating system, a first rinsing tank, a second rinsing tank, an agitator mounted on a shaft that can rotate and move up and down, a bushing driver assembly as a continuation of the agitator rotation, an electric motor connected via a pulley-belt transmission and a reducer gearbox, and a turn crane used to move the agitator from one tank to another. This invention is characterized by the use of a single agitator unit that can be moved by rotation between tanks and can move up and down and rotate to assist the process of removing and rinsing wax on batik cloth.With this configuration, the wax removal process becomes more effective, reducing the operator's workload, improving the quality of the removal and rinsing results, and increasing the productivity of the batik production process.
