Abstract

This invention relates to an automatic meatball molding machine designed to improve production efficiency and produce meatballs with uniform sizes. This machine consists of an electric motor as the main drive, a transmission system, a hopper as a dough container, a screw conveyor as a dough pusher, a perforated mold and a cutting knife. The advantage of this invention lies in the arrangement of the transmission system that produces synchronization of the rotational speed between the screw conveyor and the cutting knife, so that the dough pushing and cutting process takes place consistently and produces relatively uniform meatball sizes. In addition, the mold and cutting knife are designed to be replaceable with certain diameter variations to provide flexibility in producing different meatball sizes. Parts that come into direct contact with the dough are made of stainless steel that meets food grade standards.With this configuration, this invention is able to increase the efficiency of the production process, maintain consistent product quality, and facilitate machine operation and maintenance.
