Sugarcane Grinding and Squeezing Machine with Integrated Hydraulic Press

Abstract

This invention concerns a sugarcane grinding and squeezing machine with integrated hydraulic press, namely a sugarcane grinding machine equipped with an integrated hydraulic press and spring system to produce maximum sugarcane juice while protecting machine components from damage. This invention consists of a machine frame (1), left side gear (2), right side gear (3), roller drive shaft (4), upper grinding roller (5), lower grinding roller (6), bearing housing (7), lower pressing spring (8), upper pressure spring / adjuster (9), pressure manometer / indicator (10), pressing cylinder unit (11), and pressure fluid hose (12).The main advantage of this invention is the presence of a hydraulic pressure cylinder unit (11) integrated with a lower pressure spring (8) and an upper pressure spring / adjuster (9), so that the grinding pressure can be adjusted optimally and flexibly to produce maximum juice, while preventing the grinding roller (5)(6) and the roller drive shaft (4) from bending due to varying shock loads from the sugar cane stalks. The working pressure is monitored via a manometer / pressure indicator (10). This invention provides the benefits of increased juice yield and higher machine reliability.
